Avec 27 366 CHF, les charges immobili\u00e8res sont nettement inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (51 511 CHF). Avec -520 678 CHF, le r\u00e9sultat financier est meilleur de pr\u00e8s de 60 000 CHF que l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (-580 353 CHF). La charge d'int\u00e9r\u00eats moyenne a baiss\u00e9 de 0,2 pour cent pour atteindre 2,3 pour cent par an (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 2,5% par an) par rapport aux pr\u00eats en cours \u00e0 la date de cl\u00f4ture du bilan.
