Actuellement, le rapport du Z\u00fcrcher Unterl\u00e4nder<\/em> Les plans d'un h\u00f4tel situ\u00e9 aux 63, 67, 67a et 69 de la Flughofstrasse ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 la disposition du public. Sur les deux parcelles, il est pr\u00e9vu de construire un complexe de cinq \u00e9tages avec une surface utile de 8.800 m\u00b2. Il est pr\u00e9vu d'am\u00e9nager 136 chambres dans une zone trois \u00e9toiles et 140 autres chambres dans une zone deux \u00e9toiles. Une salle de s\u00e9minaire pouvant accueillir jusqu'\u00e0 230 personnes est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vue. Environ 170 places de parking seront cr\u00e9\u00e9es au total au sous-sol et au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e. L'exploitant de l'h\u00f4tel n'est pas encore connu.<\/p>\n

Le deuxi\u00e8me projet d'h\u00f4tel \u00e0 R\u00fcmlang doit \u00eatre construit \u00e0 la Hofwiesenstrasse 4. Il est pr\u00e9vu de construire un b\u00e2timent de cinq \u00e9tages avec 85 chambres. Selon les informations du journal, l'investisseur est Jet Schweiz IT AG. L'entreprise aurait d\u00e9j\u00e0 repris deux \u00e9tablissements h\u00f4teliers existants \u00e0 Sursee (LU) et Duggingen\/Aesch (BL). La demande de permis de construire a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e, une demande de modification devrait \u00eatre valid\u00e9e prochainement, \u00e9crit le journal. La construction pourrait ainsi d\u00e9buter cette ann\u00e9e encore.<\/p>\n
