Le prix moyen de l'offre dans la ville de Zurich a baiss\u00e9 de 330 CHF\/m2 par an \u00e0 322 CHF\/m2 par an. Le loyer le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 est pass\u00e9 de 825 CHF\/m2 par an \u00e0 800 CHF\/m2 par an.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la ville de B\u00e2le \u00e9galement, l'offre de surfaces de bureaux continue de baisser et reste fid\u00e8le \u00e0 la tendance de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Au total, 48.100 m\u00b2 de surfaces de bureaux sont disponibles dans la ville de B\u00e2le au premier trimestre de cette ann\u00e9e. Dans le CBD, l'offre de surfaces de bureaux est de 13.400 m\u00b2. Le taux d'offre pour le CBD est de deux pour cent. Dans la ville de B\u00e2le, les grandes surfaces contigu\u00ebs de plus de 500 m\u00b2 ne sont que peu disponibles. La majorit\u00e9 des surfaces de bureaux propos\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 se situent entre 150 m\u00b2 et 300 m\u00b2.
