Le r\u00e9sultat comprend \u00e9galement des effets de change n\u00e9gatifs d'environ 2,4 millions de CHF, apr\u00e8s que la BNS a abandonn\u00e9 le taux de change plancher avec l'euro en janvier 2015 et que l'euro s'est fortement d\u00e9pr\u00e9ci\u00e9 par la suite. Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice apr\u00e8s imp\u00f4ts s'est am\u00e9lior\u00e9 pour atteindre 1,2 million.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la poursuite de l'extension du portefeuille de biens, notamment par l'achat de 636 appartements en Rh\u00e9nanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, la valeur de march\u00e9 des biens a pu \u00eatre augment\u00e9e d'environ 20 pour cent pour atteindre 218,7 millions de CHF. Les revenus locatifs ont augment\u00e9 de douze pour cent par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente pour atteindre 8,6 millions (en monnaie locale de 20%).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nouvelle r\u00e9duction de l'activit\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avec l'ach\u00e8vement du projet \"Living 108\" et les livraisons d'appartements dans d'autres projets, Peach Property a consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duit la part des activit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement. Les projets de d\u00e9veloppement repr\u00e9sentent d\u00e9sormais encore environ 30 pour cent de l'ensemble du portefeuille. Les livraisons ont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 en 2015 des revenus provenant des immeubles en d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 hauteur de 75,5 millions de CHF (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 126,7 millions). Le produit d'exploitation a recul\u00e9 \u00e0 112,6 millions, contre 194,6 millions l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la progression de ses r\u00e9sultats et au placement d'un emprunt hybride de 25 millions de CHF, Peach Property a augment\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re significative ses fonds propres \u00e0 la fin de l'ann\u00e9e 2015. Avec 114 millions de CHF, ils ont d\u00e9pass\u00e9 de plus de 29 millions la valeur de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Le taux de fonds propres selon les normes IFRS s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 31,3 pour cent (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 19,8%).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bernd Hasse quitte la direction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de cette r\u00e9orientation, Bernd Hasse quittera son poste de directeur de Peach Property Group (Deutschland) AG et de membre de la direction de Peach Property Group \u00e0 la fin du mois d'avril 2016 et quittera l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Ses t\u00e2ches seront assur\u00e9es par une \u00e9quipe de direction nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9e \u00e0 Cologne, qui rapportera directement \u00e0 la direction. La direction se composera donc \u00e0 l'avenir de trois personnes, le CEO Dr Thomas Wolfensberger, le CFO Dr Marcel Kucher et le Head of Sales and Marketing Dr Andreas Steinbauer.
