Le d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9sidentiel, construit par Allreal entre 2019 et 2021, est situ\u00e9 sur Am Alten Z\u00fcriweg \u00e0 Zufikon et se compose de deux maisons en terrasse interconnect\u00e9es avec un total de 20 condominiums.<\/p>\n

Les appartements, d'un ou deux \u00e9tages, comptent chacun de 2,5 \u00e0 4,5 pi\u00e8ces, disposent de grandes terrasses et sont directement accessibles depuis un garage souterrain commun de 30 places. Selon Allreal, tous les appartements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vendus avant leur ach\u00e8vement en mars de cette ann\u00e9e et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remis aux acheteurs par \u00e9tapes depuis la mi-avril.<\/p>\n

L'ensemble du d\u00e9veloppement sur le terrain de 3 800 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit selon la norme Minergie-P. Le chauffage et l'eau chaude sont assur\u00e9s par une pompe \u00e0 chaleur avec sondes g\u00e9othermiques. Une partie de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est produite par le syst\u00e8me photovolta\u00efque du b\u00e2timent. En outre, chaque place de stationnement du garage souterrain est pr\u00e9par\u00e9e pour l'installation d'une station de recharge pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n
