Selon l'entreprise, la baisse du chiffre d'affaires est principalement due \u00e0 l'impact de Corona \u00e0 la SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun. N\u00e9anmoins, le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice avant int\u00e9r\u00eats, imp\u00f4ts, d\u00e9pr\u00e9ciation et amortissement (Ebitda) a \u00e9t\u00e9 positif pour la premi\u00e8re fois, \u00e0 5,4 millions. Selon ASA, cela est d\u00fb \u00e0 des taux d'occupation plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans les h\u00f4tels, \u00e0 des am\u00e9liorations de l'efficacit\u00e9 et \u00e0 une meilleure gestion du rendement dans tous les domaines d'activit\u00e9. Depuis le d\u00e9but du projet en 2007 jusqu'\u00e0 la fin de 2020, un total de plus de 1,2 milliard a \u00e9t\u00e9 investi.<\/p>\n<p>Les ventes immobili\u00e8res se sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es \u00e0 76,9 millions en 2020, soit une augmentation d'environ 25% par rapport \u00e0 2019 (61,6 millions) et un nouveau record, selon le communiqu\u00e9. \u00c0 la fin de l'exercice 2020, environ 95% de tous les appartements des immeubles d'habitation achev\u00e9s et occup\u00e9s avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 vendus, selon l'ASA.<\/p>\n<p>L'h\u00f4tel de luxe cinq \u00e9toiles The Chedi Andermatt, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvert pendant un peu moins de onze mois en 2020 en raison de la pand\u00e9mie de Corona, a atteint un taux d'occupation de 69% (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente 54%). Avec 52 500 clients, l'h\u00f4tel a atteint un taux d'occupation d'environ 37%.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9volution globalement positive est entach\u00e9e par les performances de la SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun. En raison de la fin brutale de la saison hivernale 2019\/2020 le 13 mars 2020 suite \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie, le chiffre d'affaires a \u00e9t\u00e9 8% inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, \u00e0 24,5 millions (exercice du 1er octobre 2019 au 30 septembre 2020).
