L'entreprise doit comptabiliser un r\u00e9sultat consolid\u00e9 de -617 millions de CHF (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : +463 millions) - la plus grande perte depuis que les CFF ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9par\u00e9s de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration pour devenir une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 anonyme. Selon les CFF, le r\u00e9sultat de la division Immobilier s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 244 millions avant les paiements compensatoires \u00e0 Infrastructure (150 millions) et le versement \u00e0 la caisse de pensions (84 millions). L'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, il \u00e9tait encore de 339 millions. Les recettes de location par des tiers ont recul\u00e9 de 552 millions \u00e0 541 millions.<\/p>\n<p>Au total, on a enregistr\u00e9 un tiers de clients en moins dans les gares, d'une part parce qu'il y avait moins de voyageurs, d'autre part parce que des magasins ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ferm\u00e9s. Le chiffre d'affaires des tiers dans les gares a baiss\u00e9 de 26,8%. Pendant le lockdown, les loyers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 exon\u00e9r\u00e9s ou r\u00e9duits, pr\u00e9cisent les CFF.<\/p>\n<p>L'endettement net des CFF portant int\u00e9r\u00eats a augment\u00e9 de 1,5 milliard en 2020. En raison du faible cash-flow op\u00e9rationnel (EBITDA) et de l'augmentation de l'endettement, le taux de couverture de la dette s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 21,6 et d\u00e9passe ainsi le plafond de 6,5 exig\u00e9 par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration. Pour garantir la solvabilit\u00e9, la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration a augment\u00e9 la limite de cr\u00e9dit de 550 millions ; en outre, la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration et le Parlement ont adopt\u00e9 un soutien aux TP au cours du deuxi\u00e8me semestre 2020.
