Les bureaux b\u00e2lois Buchner Br\u00fcndler Architekten et Berchtold.Lenzin Landschaftsarchitekten sont sortis vainqueurs d'un concours d'\u00e9tudes pour le site Rohner de 32 000 m2 pr\u00e8s de la gare de Pratteln. Il est pr\u00e9vu de cr\u00e9er un quartier \u00e0 usage mixte comprenant jusqu'\u00e0 400 logements pour 1 000 personnes, des b\u00e2timents commerciaux et des bureaux pour environ 500 postes de travail, ainsi que de vastes espaces verts et libres publics cr\u00e9ant un lien avec les quartiers existants. Le projet doit maintenant \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 dans le cadre d'un projet indicatif.<\/p>\n

Marco Feusi, CEO de Hiag Immoblien Holding AG, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 lors de la conf\u00e9rence de presse en ligne que le site \u00e9tait exempt de produits chimiques depuis novembre 2020 et que le d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement serait achev\u00e9 en septembre. \"Nous voulons initier ici un d\u00e9veloppement polyvalent et durable et repositionner le site\". Le d\u00e9veloppement du site offre une grande chance et une plus-value \u00e0 la commune en revalorisant l'ensemble de la zone de la gare et en cr\u00e9ant une offre attrayante pour les quartiers r\u00e9sidentiels voisins gr\u00e2ce aux espaces ext\u00e9rieurs et libres ainsi qu'aux petits b\u00e2timents le long de la fronti\u00e8re sud. Lors de la conf\u00e9rence de presse, les repr\u00e9sentants de la commune de Pratteln et du canton de B\u00e2le-Campagne ont tous deux salu\u00e9 les plans de Hiag.<\/p>\n

Hiag est propri\u00e9taire du site Rohner depuis ao\u00fbt 2018. Dans un premier temps, Rohner AG devait rester locataire, mais en ao\u00fbt 2019, l'entreprise a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 le bilan. Hiag a alors d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'entreprendre le d\u00e9veloppement du site dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais.
