Le rendement de distribution est pass\u00e9 de 3,94% l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e0 4,06%. Selon les informations fournies, les revenus locatifs ont particuli\u00e8rement augment\u00e9, de 20,5% \u00e0 28,7 millions de CHF (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 23,8 millions). Le taux de d\u00e9faillance des loyers a baiss\u00e9 de 17,67% \u00e0 15,17%.<\/p>\n<p>La valeur nette d'inventaire (VNI) s'\u00e9levait \u00e0 122,13 CHF \u00e0 la fin du mois de septembre (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 119,89). La marge de b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d'exploitation (marge EBIT) est pass\u00e9e de 71,79% \u00e0 72,13%. Le r\u00e9sultat total de l'exercice est pass\u00e9 de 18,5 \u00e0 23,26 millions, et le rendement des fonds propres (\"Return on Equity\") a augment\u00e9 de 5,92% \u00e0 6,25%.<\/p>\n<p>A la date de cl\u00f4ture, la fortune nette du fonds s'\u00e9levait \u00e0 381,7 millions (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 320 millions) et la fortune totale du fonds atteignait 563,4 millions (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 470,3 millions). Afin de poursuivre la croissance du fonds, il est pr\u00e9vu de r\u00e9aliser de nouveaux investissements dans des immeubles \u00e0 usage commercial en dehors des centres urbains, mais dans des r\u00e9gions \u00e9conomiquement actives, indique Procimmo. Une augmentation de capital est pr\u00e9vue pour f\u00e9vrier\/mars 2021.
