Pour les \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 qui ont d\u00fb restreindre leurs activit\u00e9s, cette mesure doit s'appliquer pendant deux mois au maximum. Le r\u00e8glement fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 un loyer net ou \u00e0 un bail net inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 20 000 CHF par mois et par bien.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le projet de loi, si le loyer ou le bail se situe entre 15 000 et 20 000 francs suisses, les locataires devraient pouvoir renoncer \u00e0 la loi en donnant un avis \u00e9crit.<\/p>\n<p>Les propri\u00e9taires et les bailleurs qui se trouvent dans une situation \u00e9conomique tr\u00e8s difficile \u00e0 la suite de d\u00e9fauts de paiement de loyer ou de bail pourront demander une compensation financi\u00e8re au gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral. Ces difficult\u00e9s existent si le loyer au co\u00fbt pur est appliqu\u00e9 ou s'il peut \u00eatre prouv\u00e9 que la perte financi\u00e8re entra\u00eene des difficult\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques importantes pour le demandeur.<\/p>\n<p>La consultation durera jusqu'au 4 ao\u00fbt 2020 ; le d\u00e9lai habituel a \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement raccourci. A la mi-septembre, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a l'intention d'adopter un message \u00e0 l'intention du Parlement ; en outre, une proc\u00e9dure sp\u00e9ciale sera demand\u00e9e au Parlement afin que le projet de loi puisse \u00eatre discut\u00e9 par les deux chambres du Parlement au cours de la m\u00eame session. <em>(ah)<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le loyer des magasins qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ferm\u00e9s pendant la fermeture doit \u00eatre partag\u00e9 entre le locataire et le propri\u00e9taire.
