Les entreprises qui ont d\u00fb fermer leurs portes sur ordre des autorit\u00e9s pendant le lockdown ne doivent pas payer de loyer du tout pour cette p\u00e9riode. Il s'agit en premier lieu de commerces et d'\u00e9tablissements de restauration dans les gares et, selon l'utilisation, cette phase durera du 17 mars au 26 avril, au 10 mai ou probablement au 8 juin 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises qui n'ont pas d\u00fb fermer leurs portes devraient payer moins de loyer pendant le lockdown, poursuivent les CFF. Le montant des r\u00e9ductions d\u00e9pendrait de la baisse du chiffre d'affaires. Les locataires de bureaux et de logements ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d'aucune r\u00e9duction de loyer.<\/p>\n<p>Avec cette r\u00e9glementation, les CFF souhaitent soutenir les locataires commerciaux, contribuer \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de leur planification et de leurs liquidit\u00e9s et honorer les relations commerciales, parfois de longue date. Les entreprises ne doivent pas demander les r\u00e9ductions de loyer, les CFF veulent venir \u00e0 leur rencontre. Les CFF ont en outre prolong\u00e9 de 60 jours le d\u00e9lai de paiement des loyers \u00e0 partir du mois de mars et supprim\u00e9 les heures d'ouverture minimales pour tous les commerces. <em>(ah)<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les CFF suppriment et r\u00e9duisent les loyers commerciaux dans leurs immeubles pendant le lockdown.
