Selon ce rapport, les locataires du portefeuille issus du commerce de d\u00e9tail, de la sant\u00e9, de l'\u00e9ducation, de la restauration et du divertissement, qui sont actuellement touch\u00e9s par les restrictions et interdictions d'urgence, g\u00e9n\u00e8rent environ 14% du revenu locatif annuel. Environ 40 des 1.000 locataires commerciaux au total auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 contraints de fermer totalement ou partiellement leur entreprise. La grande majorit\u00e9 de ces locataires paieraient un loyer mensuel inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 4.000 CHF, mais certains d\u00e9taillants du secteur non alimentaire disposant de surfaces de location correspondantes auraient \u00e9galement d\u00fb fermer leurs magasins, selon Hiag.<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu'\u00e0 la mi-avril 2020, environ 70 demandes de remises et de reports de loyer ont \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7ues, ce qui repr\u00e9sente environ 7% de tous les locataires. Le loyer mensuel concern\u00e9 repr\u00e9sente moins de 2% du loyer annuel total. Hiag a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'accorder aux micro-entreprises et aux ind\u00e9pendants qui peuvent fournir les justificatifs correspondants, outre des reports de loyer, des r\u00e9ductions ou des remises de loyer sur une base individuelle, \u00e9crit Hiag dans une \u00e9valuation. Pour 15 locataires, on s'est d\u00e9clar\u00e9 volontairement pr\u00eat \u00e0 renoncer aux loyers pour un mois au maximum, ce qui correspond \u00e0 ce jour \u00e0 une somme de loyer d'environ 0,1% du revenu locatif annuel de l'ensemble de l'entreprise. Cette mesure permet de soutenir les locataires actifs principalement dans les secteurs de l'h\u00f4tellerie et de la restauration, des loisirs, de l'\u00e9ducation et de la sant\u00e9, qui contribuent de mani\u00e8re importante \u00e0 la mixit\u00e9 attractive des locataires sur les sites de Hiag.
