Le prix de souscription est de 182,00 CHF\/part, il se compose de la valeur nette d'inventaire (apr\u00e8s distribution), des revenus accumul\u00e9s, de la commission d'\u00e9mission et des frais annexes pr\u00e9vus dans le contrat de fonds. L'\u00e9mission repr\u00e9sente donc un volume pouvant atteindre 36,4 millions.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9lai de souscription court du 27 avril au 8 mai 2020 ; les d\u00e9tenteurs de parts actuels peuvent acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles parts du fonds immobilier sur la base de leurs droits de souscription - 23 parts actuelles donnent droit \u00e0 l'acquisition d'une nouvelle part.
