Leur valeur totale est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 112,2 millions d'euros. Les biens logistiques espagnols vendus au Grupo LAR pour 18,5 millions d'euros sont des \"Warehouses\" pr\u00e8s de Madrid ainsi que l'Almussafes Industrial Park pr\u00e8s de Valence. En septembre, les actifs du fonds devraient \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 la banque d\u00e9positaire, \u00e9crit l'IZ.<\/p>\n<p>Entre-temps, la suspension des rachats de parts du fonds fr\u00e8re UBS Euroinvest est prolong\u00e9e de douze mois suppl\u00e9mentaires, jusqu'en juillet 2016. Avec un actif immobilier actuel d'environ 1,5 milliard d'euros, le fonds affiche une perte de valeur de plus de 17 % sur l'ann\u00e9e. Si le paiement aux investisseurs pr\u00eats \u00e0 sortir n'est pas possible l'ann\u00e9e prochaine, la liquidation du fonds devra \u00eatre lanc\u00e9e, selon l'IZ.
