Pour le premier \"thermom\u00e8tre JLL\", le cabinet de conseil a interrog\u00e9 environ 300 acteurs du march\u00e9 en Allemagne entre le 25 et le 31 mars 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat refl\u00e8te des tendances claires : plus de la moiti\u00e9 des utilisateurs (56%) souhaitent reporter les d\u00e9cisions concernant les nouvelles locations et les renouvellements de contrats pour le moment. En revanche, trois propri\u00e9taires sur quatre (76%) pensent qu'ils doivent faire des concessions \u00e0 leurs locataires pour traverser la crise ensemble. La majorit\u00e9 des investisseurs (77%) s'attendent \u00e0 ce que la crise Corona ait un impact n\u00e9gatif ou tr\u00e8s n\u00e9gatif sur les march\u00e9s immobiliers.<\/p>\n<p>Les transactions sur le march\u00e9 de l'investissement immobilier en Allemagne devraient perdre de leur dynamisme. Avec 48%, moins de la moiti\u00e9 des investisseurs indiquent qu'ils maintiendront leurs objectifs de transactions pour 2020. En revanche, un bon tiers d'entre eux sont certains que ces objectifs ne pourront plus \u00eatre tenus. Pour plus de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es, cela est notamment li\u00e9 au fait qu'elles s'attendent \u00e0 ce qu'il soit sensiblement plus difficile d'obtenir des capitaux \u00e9trangers pour des investissements dans les mois \u00e0 venir. 54% s'attendent \u00e0 ce que la valeur des stocks \u00e9volue n\u00e9gativement pendant la crise ; un r\u00e9pondant sur vingt s'attend m\u00eame \u00e0 des effets tr\u00e8s n\u00e9gatifs. Dans le m\u00eame temps, la crise donne un coup de pouce suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 la num\u00e9risation du secteur.
