Selon un communiqu\u00e9 de l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral du logement (OFL), ce taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat moyen, d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 la date de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence du 31 d\u00e9cembre 2019, a baiss\u00e9 par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, passant de 1,39% \u00e0 1,37%.<\/p>\n<p>Le taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence d\u00e9terminant pour le droit du bail s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve donc \u00e0 1,25%, arrondi de mani\u00e8re commerciale, et s'applique \u00e0 partir du 3 mars 2020, pr\u00e9cise l'OFL. Il restera \u00e0 ce niveau jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat moyen descende en dessous de 1,13% ou monte au-dessus de 1,37%.<\/p>\n<p>En raison de la baisse du taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat, les locataires ont en principe droit \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction de leur loyer de 2,91% s'il a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9vis\u00e9 lors de la derni\u00e8re baisse. Toutefois, si le loyer est encore bas\u00e9 sur un taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1,5%, il en r\u00e9sulte une r\u00e9duction de loyer plus importante.<\/p>\n<p>Le taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence hypoth\u00e9caire ainsi que le taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat moyen sous-jacent sont publi\u00e9s trimestriellement par l'OFL.
