Selon une enqu\u00eate de Fuhrer &amp; Hotz, seul un tiers des distributeurs et fabricants interrog\u00e9s ont atteint leurs objectifs de chiffre d'affaires. Une entreprise sur cinq a nettement manqu\u00e9 son objectif de chiffre d'affaires en 2015. Les responsables seraient surtout le tourisme d'achat et le commerce en ligne qui continue de se renforcer.<\/p>\n<p>Pour 2016, le Credit Suisse s'attend \u00e0 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re d\u00e9tente dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail. Parmi les commer\u00e7ants et les fabricants interrog\u00e9s par Fuhrer &amp; Hotz, 53% pr\u00e9voient pour 2016 des chiffres d'affaires plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Les entreprises du segment alimentaire sont un peu plus optimistes que celles du secteur near- et non-alimentaire.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que la majorit\u00e9 des d\u00e9taillants alimentaires pr\u00e9voient d'augmenter leurs surfaces de vente en 2016, les d\u00e9taillants non alimentaires et alimentaires pr\u00e9voient principalement de les maintenir ou de les r\u00e9duire. L'extension des surfaces de vente devrait continuer \u00e0 se ralentir en 2016.
