Il est pr\u00e9vu de distribuer un dividende exon\u00e9r\u00e9 d'imp\u00f4t de 5,20 CHF par part.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les donn\u00e9es, les revenus locatifs ont augment\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s d'un quart, passant de 19 \u00e0 23,8 millions de CHF. Le taux de d\u00e9faillance des loyers a baiss\u00e9 de 21,4% \u00e0 17,7%. La valeur nette d'inventaire s'\u00e9levait \u00e0 119,89 CHF \u00e0 la date de cl\u00f4ture du bilan, contre 118,20 CHF l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. La marge Ebit a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9, passant de 70,8% \u00e0 71,8%. Le r\u00e9sultat total de l'exercice comptable a progress\u00e9 de 16,4 millions l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e0 18,5 millions. Le TER REF (GAV) a baiss\u00e9 de 0,88% \u00e0 0,85%.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Procimmo, la fortune nette du fonds est pass\u00e9e de 258,2 \u00e0 320 millions au cours de l'exercice \u00e9coul\u00e9, et la fortune totale du fonds a progress\u00e9 de 371,4 \u00e0 470,3 millions. Le fonds d\u00e9tient actuellement 30 immeubles en portefeuille. Pour poursuivre sa croissance, Procimmo veut investir dans des immeubles \u00e0 usage commercial situ\u00e9s en dehors des centres urbains, mais dans des r\u00e9gions \u00e9conomiquement actives, indique la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours du nouvel exercice 2019\/2020, il est pr\u00e9vu de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une augmentation de capital pour le fonds Procimmo 2.
