A moyen et long terme, un refinancement par le march\u00e9 des capitaux est pr\u00e9vu, ce qui permettrait aux investisseurs internationaux d'investir dans le march\u00e9 hypoth\u00e9caire suisse.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouvelles hypoth\u00e8ques marquent une \u00e9tape importante vers un march\u00e9 hypoth\u00e9caire plus flexible et plus convivial, poursuit Moneypark. Le groupe cible serait constitu\u00e9 de clients gagnant bien leur vie, mais qui ne remplissent pas les crit\u00e8res des grandes banques pour l'octroi d'une hypoth\u00e8que. Lors de l'octroi d'une hypoth\u00e8que, Elan souhaite par exemple prendre en compte le type et le montant des revenus. Selon les indications, des hypoth\u00e8ques fixes \u00e0 long terme d'une dur\u00e9e de dix \u00e0 quinze ans sont propos\u00e9es aux clients qui disposent de 20% de fonds propres et d'une bonne solvabilit\u00e9.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Selon un rapport de l <em>NZZ am Sonntag<\/em> Goldman Sachs vise un volume d'hypoth\u00e8ques de quelques centaines de millions de CHF dans notre pays.
