Dans l'\u00c4ussere Lorzenallmend, en revanche, l'objectif est de construire un ensemble dense de tours d'une hauteur maximale de 50 m\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e8glement sur les immeubles de grande hauteur exige \u00e9galement que les immeubles de grande hauteur soient d'une grande qualit\u00e9 urbanistique. Pour chaque immeuble de grande hauteur, il faut une proc\u00e9dure de concours en plusieurs \u00e9tapes et \u00e9galement un plan d'am\u00e9nagement qui doit \u00eatre approuv\u00e9 par le parlement de la ville.<\/p>\n<p>Des planifications concr\u00e8tes pour la construction d'immeubles existent pour l'\u00c4ussere Lorzenallmend, le Hertizentrum, le Siemensareal, l'aire de la Baarerstrasse-West, l'Industriestrasse Nord et pour le projet Technologiecluster Zug.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e8glement sur les immeubles de grande hauteur est actuellement en phase d'examen pr\u00e9liminaire aupr\u00e8s de la direction cantonale des travaux publics. Le 1er d\u00e9cembre 2015, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 la commission de construction et d'am\u00e9nagement du Grand Conseil communal et le Grand Conseil communal en d\u00e9battra au cours du premier semestre 2016. Le r\u00e8glement sera ensuite soumis \u00e0 la participation publique.
