L'objectif est de rendre la vie plus facile et meilleure gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des innovations techniques et sociales accept\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>\"L'accent n'est pas mis sur les gadgets techniques, mais sur les personnes qui vivent, travaillent et \u00e9tudient dans la zone de LuzernNord qui se d\u00e9veloppe progressivement\", explique Christoph Zurfl\u00fch, manager de zone de LuzernNord.<\/p>\n<p>Sous la direction du management de zone LuzernNord de LuzernPlus, des approches Smart City doivent \u00eatre test\u00e9es en \u00e9troite collaboration avec le canton et la ville de Lucerne, la commune d'Emmen, les investisseurs et les entreprises ainsi que la science et avec la participation des utilisateurs. On est convaincu que la zone LuzernNord autour de la Seetalplatz se pr\u00eate particuli\u00e8rement bien \u00e0 la Smart City, car le nombre d'entreprises, d'investisseurs et d'organisations innovantes est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne et la collaboration fonctionne d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien, selon LuzernPlus. Ainsi, la Haute \u00e9cole de design et d'art, Viscosistadt, l'utilisation interm\u00e9diaire NF49, W\u00e4rmeverbund AG, la premi\u00e8re maison autosuffisante en \u00e9nergie de Suisse et la nouvelle administration centrale Seetalplatz sont install\u00e9es \u00e0 LuzernNord.<\/p>\n<p>\"A LuzernNord, le d\u00e9veloppement de la Smart City a commenc\u00e9 depuis longtemps.
