Au cours de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice avant imp\u00f4ts s'\u00e9levait encore \u00e0 30,7 millions et le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice apr\u00e8s imp\u00f4ts \u00e0 26,5 millions.<\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re a achev\u00e9 le projet Wollerau Park et livr\u00e9 les derniers appartements des projets de Berlin et de Rorschach - selon les indications de l'entreprise, tous les projets sont ainsi termin\u00e9s, \u00e0 l'exception du Peninsula \u00e0 W\u00e4denswil. Comme on pouvait s'y attendre, il en r\u00e9sulte un volume de revenus nettement plus faible (7,3 millions) dans le domaine du d\u00e9veloppement ainsi qu'une contribution au r\u00e9sultat proportionnellement plus faible que l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (21,9 millions), indique Peach Property.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de la p\u00e9riode sous revue, la valeur de march\u00e9 du portefeuille immobilier a atteint un nouveau record avec environ 793 millions, selon les informations fournies. Pr\u00e8s de 9 millions auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 investis dans la modernisation du portefeuille immobilier et 376 appartements auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9s, soit plus du double d'unit\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p>Le nombre de logements non lou\u00e9s a diminu\u00e9 d'environ 11% pour atteindre 940 unit\u00e9s, le taux de vacance est de 10,7%.
