D'apr\u00e8s ces cartes, les loyers \u00e0 Zurich varient entre 1 370 et 3 760 francs suisses. Ces loyers continuent donc \u00e0 occuper les premi\u00e8res places dans une comparaison nationale.<\/p>\n<p>Le loyer le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de Zurich est mesur\u00e9 \u00e0 l'arr\u00eat de tramway Paradeplatz. Il est actuellement un peu moins de 520 francs plus cher qu'il y a deux ans. Dans la ville de B\u00e2le, cependant, le loyer moyen le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, soit 2 130 francs, est pay\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de l'arr\u00eat de tram Theater. A Berne, un appartement exemplaire de trois pi\u00e8ces sur la B\u00e4renplatz est le plus cher avec 2480 francs. Selon Homegate, il est frappant de constater que les loyers dans les villes de B\u00e2le et de Berne d\u00e9passent rarement la barre des 2 000 francs.<\/p>\n<p>A Gen\u00e8ve, les loyers les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s sont ceux des arr\u00eats Bel-Air et Bel-Air-Cit\u00e9, \u00e0 3040 francs chacun. Contrairement aux villes de B\u00e2le et de Berne, on n'y trouve que quelques appartements exemplaires de trois pi\u00e8ces d'une surface habitable de 70 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s pour un loyer inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2000 francs.<\/p>\n<p>La valeur m\u00e9diane normalis\u00e9e des 50 propri\u00e9t\u00e9s homegate.ch les plus proches de l'arr\u00eat de tram a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e comme base de calcul dans chaque cas. La p\u00e9riode consid\u00e9r\u00e9e s'\u00e9tend de janvier 2017 \u00e0 mai 2019.
