Il s'y trouve actuellement encore trois immeubles d'habitation construits dans les ann\u00e9es 1980, comprenant au total 23 appartements.<\/p>\n<p>Un projet de Caruso St John Architects a remport\u00e9 un mandat d'\u00e9tude men\u00e9 par Allreal en collaboration avec les propri\u00e9taires du terrain voisin Eggenhof. Il pr\u00e9voit une nouvelle construction de cinq \u00e9tages avec un total de 77 appartements en copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 et une surface utile d'environ 7.500 m\u00b2. Le projet pr\u00e9voit un m\u00e9lange d'appartements de 2,5 \u00e0 5,5 pi\u00e8ces. L'architecture du b\u00e2timent aux couleurs de terre se caract\u00e9rise par une forte relation avec le paysage environnant, \u00e9crit Allreal dans un communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Sur la base du projet gagnant, un projet indicatif sera \u00e9labor\u00e9 au cours des prochains mois et servira de base au plan d'am\u00e9nagement priv\u00e9. Il devrait \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin de cette ann\u00e9e. La construction devrait d\u00e9buter au printemps 2021.
