L'accent sera mis sur l'offre de logements pour les \u00e9tudiants, mais il y aura \u00e9galement des logements pour les familles et les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Des surfaces sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vues pour des formes d'habitat innovantes, ainsi que pour des entreprises de services et de restauration. Environ 280 personnes devraient un jour habiter sur le site de la scierie municipale. Pour les logements \u00e9tudiants, Previs veut engager un exploitant qui se chargera de la location, du nettoyage et de l'\u00e9quipement des unit\u00e9s d'habitation.<\/p>\n<p>Le conseil bourgeoisial a annonc\u00e9 l'\u00e9laboration d'un contrat de droit de superficie avec Previs Pr\u00e9voyance. L'assembl\u00e9e des citoyens du 9 d\u00e9cembre 2019 doit encore approuver l'affaire. Si tout se passe comme pr\u00e9vu, le lotissement sera achev\u00e9 d'ici fin 2023.
