Le r\u00e9sultat annuel au niveau du groupe a n\u00e9anmoins gliss\u00e9 dans le rouge : l'entreprise a enregistr\u00e9 une perte de 868 000 CHF apr\u00e8s un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d'environ 1,7 million l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. La raison en est surtout la correction de la valeur de march\u00e9 des biens immobiliers \u00e0 Prilly (VD) de 31,4 \u00e0 29,7 millions, indique Swiss Estates. Il s'agit vraisemblablement d'un effet unique, poursuit l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, les comptes annuels du bouclement individuel affichent un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de 1,5 million, contre une perte de 904 000 CHF l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Il sera donc propos\u00e9 \u00e0 l'assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du 14 juin de proc\u00e9der pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 des affectations aux r\u00e9serves et au report \u00e0 nouveau.<\/p>\n<p>Swiss Estates investit dans des immeubles d'habitation situ\u00e9s dans les zones urbaines de Suisse et dans les agglom\u00e9rations des grandes villes.
