Le rendement des placements s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 6,6%, selon les informations fournies. La valeur de march\u00e9 du portefeuille est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 plus de 9,3 milliards de CHF. La distribution est de 3,25 par part. Sur la base du cours de bourse de 106,70, cela correspond \u00e0 un rendement de distribution de 3,0% \u00e0 la fin de l'exercice 2018, selon UBS.<\/p>\n<p>Le fonds immobilier r\u00e9sidentiel romand UBS Foncipars a augment\u00e9 la valeur de son portefeuille immobilier de 5,8% \u00e0 1,43 milliard. La distribution de l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re et l'augmentation de 6,8% de la valeur nette d'inventaire par part ont permis d'obtenir un rendement des placements de 10,4%, indique UBS. Le revenu locatif a augment\u00e9 de 6,5%. La distribution s'\u00e9l\u00e8vera \u00e0 2,50 CHF.<\/p>\n<p>Le fonds commercial UBS Swissreal a augment\u00e9 la valeur de march\u00e9 de son portefeuille de 3,8% \u00e0 la fin de l'ann\u00e9e pour atteindre environ 1,97 milliard. Les revenus locatifs ont atteint 98,4 millions, soit 2,5% de plus que l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente ; le taux de d\u00e9faillance des loyers est de 4,2%. Le rendement des placements s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 4,8% selon UBS.
