Pour faire avancer ce processus, diff\u00e9rents sc\u00e9narios sont \u00e0 l'\u00e9tude, parmi lesquels la vente de portefeuilles partiels, indique Credit Suisse Funds. De plus amples informations seront fournies \u00e0 l'issue du processus d'examen.<\/p>\n<p>Le CS REF Hospitality investit principalement dans des centres de congr\u00e8s, des immeubles d'habitation avec des prestations parah\u00f4teli\u00e8res, des h\u00f4tels, des formes d'habitation stationnaires et temporaires, des immeubles de sant\u00e9 ainsi que des immeubles d'habitation en Suisse. Depuis 2012, le fonds est cot\u00e9 \u00e0 la SIX Swiss Exchange.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport d'activit\u00e9 sera publi\u00e9 fin mars. Selon le rapport du premier semestre 2018, le fonds avait un portefeuille de 38 immeubles en portefeuille d'une valeur d'environ 1,21 milliard de CHF.
