Elles s'adressent exclusivement aux \u00e9tudiants, fait savoir Halter.<\/p>\n<p>A l'ouest de ce dernier se trouve un b\u00e2timent suppl\u00e9mentaire de huit \u00e9tages avec un plan polygonal. Ce b\u00e2timent 6 comprend au total 27 appartements de 2,5 \u00e0 4,5 pi\u00e8ces et un studio, pr\u00e9vus pour de jeunes adultes. Une station-service Coop, un magasin de 275 m\u00b2 et 26 places de parking sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vus sur le site. Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u par KPA Architectes Fribourg, l'entreprise totale est Priora. Selon Halter, la Fonderie sera le premier site de Fribourg \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux objectifs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 2 000 watts. La premi\u00e8re location des appartements ou des chambres est pr\u00e9vue pour fin 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Environ 10.000 des 38.500 habitants de Fribourg sont des \u00e9tudiants, pour lesquels la recherche d'un logement s'av\u00e8re difficile chaque ann\u00e9e avant le d\u00e9but du semestre, selon Halter.
