L'h\u00f4tel Eden au Lac \u00e0 Zurich est ferm\u00e9 pour r\u00e9novation totale et n'a donc pas pay\u00e9 de loyer pendant la p\u00e9riode sous revue. L'EBITDAR a atteint 24,9 millions, ce qui correspond \u00e0 une marge EBITDAR de 86,1 pour cent (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 24,8 millions ou 84,7%). Selon les informations fournies, la valeur de march\u00e9 de l'ensemble du portefeuille immobilier s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 1,2 milliard.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le rapport, les trois h\u00f4tels de la Victoria-Jungfrau Collection ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d'affaires net de 28,2 millions au premier semestre 2018, contre 28,8 millions l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Corrig\u00e9 de la contribution de 3,5 millions de l'Eden au Lac \u00e0 Zurich, ferm\u00e9 depuis fin 2017, le chiffre d'affaires aurait augment\u00e9 de plus de onze pour cent durant la p\u00e9riode sous revue. Le nombre de nuit\u00e9es dans les \u00e9tablissements s'est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 environ 56 400 pour un prix moyen de la chambre de 364 CHF (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 354 CHF). L'EBITDAR est pass\u00e9 de 3,3 \u00e0 3,9 millions, ce qui correspond \u00e0 une marge de 13,7 pour cent.<\/p>\n<h2>Perte due \u00e0 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments non r\u00e9currents<\/h2>\n<p>Le chiffre d'affaires du groupe Aevis Victoria a baiss\u00e9 de 5,2 pour cent au cours de la p\u00e9riode sous revue, pour atteindre 319,1 millions (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 336,6 millions). La raison de ce recul serait des effets uniques dans le segment hospitalier Swiss Medical Network : des tarifs TARMED plus bas depuis le d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e 2018, un amortissement unique d\u00fb \u00e0 un jugement du Tribunal f\u00e9d\u00e9ral qui a exig\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction r\u00e9troactive de TARMED pour les exercices 2014 \u00e0 2017, et une activit\u00e9 temporairement r\u00e9duite en raison de travaux de construction dans les h\u00f4pitaux de Rothrist, Gen\u00e8ve et Sion. Sans ces effets, le chiffre d'affaires total aurait augment\u00e9 de trois pour cent selon l'entreprise. Au niveau du groupe, l'EBITDA s'est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 31,8 millions, contre 42,9 millions l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Pour la p\u00e9riode sous revue, Aevis Victoria affiche une perte nette de 1,6 million, apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net de 12,2 millions au premier semestre. Hors \u00e9l\u00e9ments exceptionnels, le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net des six premiers mois de 2018 aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 de 2 millions, pr\u00e9cise l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l'exercice en cours, Aevis Victoria pr\u00e9voit une croissance du chiffre d'affaires \u00e0 un chiffre et une am\u00e9lioration de la rentabilit\u00e9. D'autres acquisitions sont pr\u00e9vues.
