Il en ressort que les centres commerciaux suisses sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 de tr\u00e8s grands d\u00e9fis.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, selon le climat et le d\u00e9roulement des ventes de No\u00ebl, la majorit\u00e9 des centres suisses termineront l'ann\u00e9e avec un chiffre d'affaires en baisse par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, la situation va encore s'aggraver massivement en ce qui concerne le recul du chiffre d'affaires, la r\u00e9duction des surfaces et les fermetures de magasins, pr\u00e9voient les experts.<\/p>\n<p>60 pour cent des personnes interrog\u00e9es par stoffelzurich estiment que les chiffres d'affaires du commerce stationnaire vont continuer \u00e0 baisser dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es. C'est 69 pour cent de plus que l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. 90 pour cent de tous les participants \u00e0 l'\u00e9tude sont d'accord pour dire qu'en contrepartie, le commerce en ligne continuera de cro\u00eetre.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, 70 % de toutes les personnes interrog\u00e9es s'attendent \u00e0 ce que la demande de surfaces de vente suppl\u00e9mentaires diminue. En 2013, 45 % s'attendaient encore \u00e0 une baisse de la demande.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des experts pr\u00e9voient m\u00eame des fermetures de magasins pour les deux ou trois prochaines ann\u00e9es, soit 70 pour cent de plus que l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Les participants \u00e0 l'\u00e9tude estiment que le plus grand besoin d'action est la revitalisation et la r\u00e9novation des centres - en moyenne, les centres commerciaux suisses ont plus de 28 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport de march\u00e9 2016 para\u00eet cette ann\u00e9e pour la troisi\u00e8me fois.
