Une tendance \u00e0 la hausse marqu\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e en particulier de 2008 \u00e0 2012 et \u00e0 nouveau depuis 2015. Toutefois, les prix ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 diff\u00e9remment selon les quartiers de la ville.<\/p>\n<p>Le prix moyen de mutation des b\u00e2timents d'habitation (sans les nouvelles constructions et sans les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s par \u00e9tage) est aujourd'hui de 11.000 CHF\/m2 de surface de plancher dans la ville de Zurich. C'est ce qu'a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une \u00e9valuation de pr\u00e8s de 2 800 mutations de 2008 \u00e0 2018, dont 91 de l'ann\u00e9e en cours. Le prix m\u00e9dian par m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 de surface de plancher a plus que doubl\u00e9 entre 2008 et mai 2018, indiquent les statisticiens. \"Les taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat toujours tr\u00e8s bas combin\u00e9s \u00e0 la forte demande de logements semblent donc avoir un impact important sur le march\u00e9 immobilier de la ville de Zurich\", conclut-on \u00e0 la ville.<\/p>\n<p>Si l'on compare le prix m\u00e9dian par m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 de surface de plancher des ann\u00e9es 2008 \u00e0 2012 avec le prix m\u00e9dian de 2013 \u00e0 2018, on constate une augmentation de 32 pour cent dans toute la ville. Les prix des mutations ont particuli\u00e8rement augment\u00e9 dans les arrondissements 1 et 6. Dans l'arrondissement 1, l'augmentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 75 pour cent, mais ce chiffre s'appuie sur un nombre relativement faible de transactions, selon Statistique Ville de Zurich. Les quartiers d'Unterstrass (+50%), d'Oberstrass (+47%) et de Wipkingen (+46%) ont connu davantage de transferts de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et des hausses de prix sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 la moyenne. <em>(ah)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Statistique Ville de Zurich a examin\u00e9 \u00e0 la loupe les transactions d'immeubles d'habitation dans la ville.
