La Post Immobilien AG et les CFF pr\u00e9voient de construire un nouvel ensemble urbain, la Nauentor, \u00e0 la place du b\u00e2timent rouge fonc\u00e9 de la poste qui enjambe les voies pr\u00e8s de la gare CFF de B\u00e2le.<\/p>\n

Selon les plans du bureau d'architectes b\u00e2lois Morger Partner, le b\u00e2timent de la poste doit \u00eatre d\u00e9moli jusqu'\u00e0 l'\u00e9tage porteur qui enjambe les voies. Sur ce dernier, trois nouveaux \u00e9tages de base seront construits avec diff\u00e9rentes cours et la \"Nauentor-Magistrale\". L'ensemble sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par trois immeubles. Deux d'entre eux se situeront dans le secteur du pont Peter Merian\/Nauenstrasse, le troisi\u00e8me dans la Solothurnerstrasse.<\/p>\n

Dans le cadre de la mise \u00e0 l'enqu\u00eate du plan d'urbanisme, il faut selon un rapport de la Basler Zeitung<\/em><\/a> 16 suggestions et oppositions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7ues. Le d\u00e9partement des travaux publics et des transports va maintenant examiner les objections avant que le gouvernement ne prenne une d\u00e9cision et n'adopte son projet \u00e0 l'intention du Grand Conseil, indique-t-on. On ne sait pas encore exactement ce qui est critiqu\u00e9 dans ce grand projet ni de qui proviennent les objections.<\/p>\n
