L'analyse est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par une comparaison du rapport actuel entre le prix d'achat et le revenu ou entre le prix d'achat et le niveau des loyers. Une faible accessibilit\u00e9 selon le rapport prix\/revenu indique que les perspectives d'augmentation des prix \u00e0 long terme se sont r\u00e9duites. En revanche, un rapport \u00e9lev\u00e9 entre le prix d'achat et le loyer indique une d\u00e9pendance dangereuse vis-\u00e0-vis des taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat bas.<\/p>\n<p>Zurich et Gen\u00e8ve se situent dans la moiti\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure de la zone \"sur\u00e9valu\u00e9e\".
