Un volume d'\u00e9mission d'environ 58 millions a \u00e9t\u00e9 appel\u00e9, ce qui correspond \u00e0 un taux d'attribution de 29 pour cent.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe de placement a acquis pour environ 25 millions, avec transfert de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9but juillet 2018, un immeuble commercial au centre de Pully, pr\u00e8s de Lausanne. L'immeuble de bureaux r\u00e9cemment construit et enti\u00e8rement lou\u00e9 depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es se trouve \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate de la gare, qui dessert Lausanne en quelques minutes. L'objet comprend environ 3 000 m\u00b2 de surface commerciale et 40 places de parking ; il est certifi\u00e9 Minergie et r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la demande de bureaux de qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'est de Lausanne, indique UBS.
