Jusqu'\u00e0 cette date, le coupon s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 1,75 pour cent par an, puis au taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat du march\u00e9 des capitaux alors en vigueur (au moins z\u00e9ro pour cent), major\u00e9 de 9,25 pour cent par an.<\/p>\n<p>Avec chaque obligation d'une valeur nominale de 1 000 CHF, l'obligataire re\u00e7oit quatre bons de souscription d'actions nominatives de Peach Property Group. Chaque bon de souscription donne droit \u00e0 une action nominative au prix de 25,00 CHF pendant la p\u00e9riode d'exercice du 25 juin 2018 au 25 juin 2021 inclus.<\/p>\n<p>L'entreprise entend utiliser l'afflux de fonds de 60 millions principalement pour d\u00e9velopper son portefeuille de biens immobiliers en Allemagne et pour rembourser des dettes \u00e0 taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Peach Property vient d'authentifier l'achat de 1066 appartements dans le Bade-Wurtemberg, et d'autres acquisitions sont pr\u00e9vues. A moyen terme, les fonds suppl\u00e9mentaires devraient permettre d'augmenter le portefeuille immobilier \u00e0 environ 11.000 logements, alors que l'objectif \u00e9tait jusqu'ici de 9.000 unit\u00e9s, ajoute le communiqu\u00e9.
