D'autres actionnaires et de nouveaux investisseurs ont en outre manifest\u00e9 leur int\u00e9r\u00eat pour une souscription \u00e0 l'emprunt. Par cons\u00e9quent, les obligations qui n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 souscrites dans le cadre de la souscription anticip\u00e9e sont d\u00e9sormais propos\u00e9es \u00e0 d'autres actionnaires et investisseurs int\u00e9ress\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La cotation de l'emprunt \u00e0 la SIX Swiss Exchange a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9e et le premier jour de n\u00e9goce est pr\u00e9vu pour le 25 juin 2018.<\/p>\n<p>L'obligation hybride \u00e0 option a une dur\u00e9e illimit\u00e9e, une r\u00e9siliation par Peach Property \u00e9tant possible pour la premi\u00e8re fois le 22 juin 2023. Jusqu'\u00e0 cette date, le coupon d'int\u00e9r\u00eat s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 1,75 pour cent (p.a.) et ensuite au taux du march\u00e9 des capitaux alors en vigueur (au moins z\u00e9ro pour cent) plus 9,25 pour cent (p.a.).<\/p>\n<p>Toute personne d\u00e9tenant une obligation d'une valeur nominale de 1 000 CHF re\u00e7oit quatre bons de souscription d'actions nominatives de Peach Property Group AG. Chaque bon de souscription donne droit \u00e0 une action nominative au prix de 25,00 CHF chacune. La p\u00e9riode d'exercice d\u00e9bute le 25 juin 2018 et se termine le 25 juin 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Avec l'argent de l'emprunt, Peach Property veut avant tout d\u00e9velopper son portefeuille de biens immobiliers en Allemagne et rembourser des dettes. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/fr\/peach-property-kauft-1-066-wohnungen-in-suedwestdeutschland\/\">Il y a quelques semaines seulement, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a authentifi\u00e9 l'achat de 1 066 appartements dans le Bade-Wurtemberg. <\/a>D'autres acquisitions sont pr\u00e9vues. Selon les indications de l'entreprise, le portefeuille de logements s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve actuellement \u00e0 environ 8.000 unit\u00e9s avec une surface locative de 518.000 m\u00b2.
