Elle est due \u00e0 des effets uniques de reclassements de r\u00e9serves pour cash flow hedges et de r\u00e9serves du secteur d'activit\u00e9 abandonn\u00e9 en Allemagne. Ces positions ont d\u00fb \u00eatre supprim\u00e9es des fonds propres et dissoutes par le biais du compte de r\u00e9sultat. Corrig\u00e9 de ces reclassifications, il reste un r\u00e9sultat de 6,6 millions, qui refl\u00e8te \"une image exacte de la performance op\u00e9rationnelle de l'entreprise\", indique Z\u00fcblin dans un communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les revenus locatifs de l'exercice 2017\/18 ont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9 de 0,7% pour atteindre 8,1 millions de CHF. Au niveau de l'EBIT, l'entreprise indique qu'il en r\u00e9sulte un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de 4,4 millions. Au 31 mars 2018, les fonds propres s'\u00e9levaient \u00e0 128,9 millions, ce qui correspond \u00e0 un taux de fonds propres de 61,6 pour cent.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/fr\/zueblin-verkauft-deutsches-immobilienportfolio\/\">La vente de douze immeubles de bureaux en Allemagne \u00e0 CLS Holdings a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclue \u00e0 l'\u00e9t\u00e9 2017 pour un prix de 152 millions d'euros.<\/a> Au total, la transaction a rapport\u00e9 59 millions de CHF \u00e0 Z\u00fcblin. L'entreprise ne d\u00e9tient d\u00e9sormais plus que des biens immobiliers en Suisse.
