Presque tous les immeubles sont lou\u00e9s aux h\u00f4pitaux de Swiss Medical Network ou aux h\u00f4tels de la Victoria-Jungfrau Collection ; il n'y a pas de locaux vides, indique l'entreprise.  Le chiffre d'affaires net du segment immobilier s'est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 58,4 millions de CHF pour l'exercice 2017, soit 14% de plus que l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (51,2 millions). Le r\u00e9sultat d'exploitation (EBITDAR) a augment\u00e9 de 12,2 pour cent, passant de 42,4 \u00e0 47,6 millions.<\/p>\n<p>Le chiffre d'affaires net des cinq h\u00f4tels - quatre d'entre eux sont enti\u00e8rement consolid\u00e9s ; un avec un contrat de gestion - a atteint 64,3 millions au cours de l'exercice, soit une augmentation de six pour cent par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Le prix moyen des chambres a augment\u00e9 de sept pour cent pour atteindre 397 CHF. Le r\u00e9sultat d'exploitation (EBITDAR) a atteint 12,3 millions, ce qui correspond \u00e0 une marge de 19,1 pour cent.<\/p>\n<p>Le chiffre d'affaires total des h\u00f4pitaux du Swiss Medical Network a atteint 586 millions contre 521 millions l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (+12,5%), l'augmentation \u00e9tant principalement due \u00e0 l'int\u00e9gration de la Clinique G\u00e9n\u00e9rale-Beaulieu \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve au quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2016. Le chiffre d'affaires net (hors honoraires m\u00e9dicaux) a augment\u00e9 de 13,4 pour cent pour atteindre 506,1 millions (2016 : 446,2 millions). L'EBITDAR s'est \u00e9tabli \u00e0 95,6 millions, ce qui correspond \u00e0 une marge de 18,9 pour cent.<\/p>\n<p>Comment <em>Finance et \u00e9conomie<\/em> Aevis Victoria a l'intention d'introduire ce portefeuille immobilier en bourse. Un porte-parole du groupe a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 au journal que \"la cotation de tout ou partie du segment immobilier\" \u00e9tait l'une des diff\u00e9rentes options que l'entreprise \u00e9tudiait pour ses biens immobiliers. Le porte-parole a exclu toute vente.<\/p>\n<p>Aevis Victoria laissait toutefois d\u00e9j\u00e0 entendre dans le communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 \u00e0 l'occasion de la publication de son rapport annuel qu'une entr\u00e9e en bourse \u00e9tait une option : un portefeuille ax\u00e9 sur l'immobilier dans les secteurs de la sant\u00e9 et de l'h\u00f4tellerie \u00e9tait \"jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent peu repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 la bourse suisse, alors qu'il est largement pr\u00e9sent sur la plupart des march\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens et am\u00e9ricains\", indiquait alors l'entreprise.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le groupe de cliniques et d'h\u00f4tels Aevis Victoria d\u00e9clare examiner \"diff\u00e9rentes options strat\u00e9giques pour le segment immobilier afin de cr\u00e9er de la valeur pour les actionnaires\".
