La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a l'intention d'utiliser le produit de la vente pour augmenter le nombre de transactions ainsi que pour effectuer de mani\u00e8re s\u00e9lective des transactions avec des volumes plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, y compris le lancement de produits d'investissement \u00e0 long terme pour les clients institutionnels.<\/p>\n<p>Corestate g\u00e8re un actif immobilier de 1,4 milliard d'euros, y compris les d\u00e9veloppements de projets pr\u00e9vus (en juin 2015).
