(Image : Pixabay)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie du SF Sustainable Property Fund, qui consiste \u00e0 optimiser la durabilit\u00e9 des immeubles tout au long de leur cycle de vie, rencontre un succ\u00e8s croissant, indique la direction du fonds. Pour financer d'autres acquisitions, une augmentation de capital est donc \u00e0 l'\u00e9tude pour la p\u00e9riode mars - avril 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Le fonds investit principalement dans des immeubles qui peuvent \u00eatre mis en conformit\u00e9 avec les crit\u00e8res environnementaux, sociaux et \u00e9conomiques du fonds dans un d\u00e9lai d'environ sept ans.<\/p>\n<p>En juillet 2017, le fonds a par exemple acquis un portefeuille r\u00e9sidentiel de 18 immeubles au Tessin, pour un prix d'achat de 158 millions de CHF. Avec cette transaction, les fonds issus de l'augmentation de capital de mai 2017 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement investis en l'espace d'un mois
