Le projet \"Wunderbar\" du bureau saint-gallois K&amp;L Architekten, qui a remport\u00e9 un concours d'architecture organis\u00e9 en 2012, sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet \"Breitehof\" se compose de quatre immeubles collectifs, dont la plupart des appartements ont une vue sur le lac de Constance. Dans les immeubles A1 \u00e0 A3, 40 appartements en copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 seront construits au total. Les appartements de 2,5 \u00e0 4,5 pi\u00e8ces co\u00fbtent entre 340.000 et 710.000 CHF ; HRS Real Estate a d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 la commercialisation.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la maison A4, en direction de la Romanshornerstrasse, onze appartements \u00e0 louer de 1,5 \u00e0 4,5 pi\u00e8ces seront construits. L'objet doit \u00eatre vendu \u00e0 un investisseur priv\u00e9 pour environ 5,5 millions.<\/p>\n<p>Le 11 d\u00e9cembre 2017, HRS Real Esaate a commenc\u00e9 la d\u00e9molition de l'ancien hall de production Forster.
