Il s'agit de r\u00e9am\u00e9nager la place de la gare, d'am\u00e9liorer la situation du trafic et surtout de densifier judicieusement la zone, communique le conseil communal.<\/p>\n<p>En l'absence d'une base de planification concr\u00e8te, un plan directeur doit maintenant \u00eatre \u00e9labor\u00e9. Les r\u00e9flexions urbanistiques doivent y \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par des consid\u00e9rations sur l'espace ext\u00e9rieur et le trafic. Cela correspondrait \u00e9galement aux exigences de la protection des monuments, qui demande un concept global. Un masterplan aide aussi \u00e0 informer les propri\u00e9taires fonciers concern\u00e9s et les auteurs de projets, explique l'administrateur communal Rolf Habegger.<\/p>\n<p>A Herzogenbuchsee, on attend du plan directeur qu'il r\u00e9ponde aux questions concernant l'am\u00e9nagement futur du secteur de la gare proprement dit, y compris la place de la gare, car les CFF vont r\u00e9nover la gare d'ici cinq ans au plus tard et la rendre accessible aux personnes handicap\u00e9es. Par exemple, la future gare routi\u00e8re devra \u00e9galement \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e aux personnes handicap\u00e9es, ce qui devrait se heurter aux limites de l'emplacement actuel pour des raisons de place. Il faudra donc envisager de d\u00e9placer les arr\u00eats de bus, ce qui d\u00e9pendra de la planification du passage souterrain.<\/p>\n<p>Le masterplan est \u00e9labor\u00e9 dans le cadre d'une proc\u00e9dure d'expertise : la commune et le canton ainsi que des experts externes accompagnent le projet, dont les r\u00e9sultats sont discut\u00e9s \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape lors de trois ateliers.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La zone Est de la gare de Herzogenbuchsee doit \u00eatre densifi\u00e9e et devenir plus urbaine.
