Pour l'exercice 2015\/2016, des investissements \u00e0 hauteur de 35 millions de CHF sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9vus. La construction d'une centaine de logements \u00e0 Ostermundigen (Berne) et de 40 autres logements \u00e0 l'avenue de Sainte-Luce \u00e0 Lausanne sont notamment dans le pipeline.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultat en hausse de plus de 8<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le fonds Solvalor 61 a augment\u00e9 son r\u00e9sultat net de 8,52 pour cent \u00e0 21,3 millions de CHF au cours de l'exercice 2014\/2015 qui s'est achev\u00e9 le 30 juin 2015 (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 19,7 millions). Les charges totales du fonds pour l'exercice ont augment\u00e9 de 4,6 pour cent pour atteindre 25,7 millions de CHF, ce que Solvalor justifie par l'extension du parc immobilier. Les revenus ont augment\u00e9 de 6,3 pour cent pour atteindre 47 millions de CHF. Les revenus locatifs ont augment\u00e9 de huit pour cent par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente pour atteindre 46,4 millions de CHF.<\/p>\n<p>A la fin de l'exercice, la fortune nette de Solvalor 61 s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 729,3 millions de CHF, contre 719,9 millions de CHF l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Au cours de l'exercice, la valeur du parc immobilier a augment\u00e9 de 13,2 %, passant de 719,8 millions de CHF \u00e0 814,6 millions de CHF. La raison en serait l'acquisition de plusieurs b\u00e2timents et d'un terrain \u00e0 b\u00e2tir pour un montant total de 62,5 millions de CHF, en plus des investissements de construction. A la fin de l'exercice, la valeur d'inventaire par part s'\u00e9levait \u00e0 184,91 CHF pour une cotation en bourse de 249,90 CHF.
