The residential and commercial building \"Wohnen am Saurerplatz\" in Arbon, Thurgau (Visualization: HRS Real Estate AG)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Plans call for 60 apartments with commercial space on the first floor. Construction of the project planned by Burkhalter Sumi Architekten is scheduled to start in spring 2018. The prerequisite is that the approval process is completed without objections. On the Saurer WerkZwei site, to the east of the \"Wohnen am Park\" project, a residential and commercial building is to be built on the newly created Saurerplatz (planning and realization: B\u00fcro Nipkow Landschaftsarchitektur AG, Zurich). According to HRS Real Estate, the investment costs for the project amount to around CHF 28 million.<\/p>\n

The construction project consists of two building sections and has around 1,400 sqm on the first floor in the direction of Saurerplatz, which can be used as a whole or divided into smaller commercial areas. According to HRS, these are suitable for use as a supermarket or fitness studio or also for smaller sales areas or a catering business. In the three upper floors above, 1.5- to 3.5-room rental apartments are planned. In the part of the building behind, 5.5-room maisonette apartments in the style of terraced single-family homes for families will be realized.<\/p>\n

The \"Wohnen am Saurerplatz\" project forms the second stage of the development of construction site F. In 2013, HRS held an architectural competition for this construction site of the Saurer site. The first stage with the \"Wohnen am Park\" project is currently being handed over to the apartment owners.
