HRS Real Estate is planning the \"Neustart\" construction project on Bahnhofstrasse in St. Margrethen (visualization: nightnurse images)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The \"Neustart\" project is to be built in a central location and will include commercial and service space as well as apartments. Currently, the design and partial zoning plan is available at the municipality. On the Bahnhofstrasse S\u00fcdwest site in St. Margrethen, HRS Real Estate envisages, among other things, a Coop supermarket on 560 square meters of retail space on the first floor of the new building complex.<\/p>\n

Another approximately 190 sqm of retail space, which would be suitable for a bakery, is currently still available, according to HRS Real Estate. On the upper floors, space is planned for services and housing. The planned project aims to revitalize Bahnhofstrasse and increase its attractiveness, it adds.<\/p>\n

In 2011\/2012, the municipality of St. Margrethen held an investor competition to upgrade Bahnhofstrasse. The project \"Neustart\" by HRS Real Estate AG and RLC Architekten was the winning project.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
