SPS estimates the investment volume at CHF 130 million. Completion is projected for the end of 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The operator of the planned hotel will be the design hotel chain Prizeotel, which has so far only been represented in Germany and will make its entry into the Swiss market in Bern. The existing hotels of the award-winning brand were designed by the well-known New York designer Karim Rashid, are characterized by a central location and thus quick access to all major tourist attractions.<\/p>\n<p>As SPS further announces, Coop could be won as a tenant. The retailer will set up a supermarket with more than 8,000 products for daily needs on an area of more than 800 square meters. The project also includes a fitness center operated by Update Fitness.<\/p>\n<p>SPS is convinced that the Sch\u00f6nburg in Bern will be an \"attractive and groundbreaking project with national appeal. \"For us as developers and designers of living spaces, the Sch\u00f6nburg Bern project offers all the ingredients to significantly enhance an area through an interesting concept.
