The opening of the mall in Ebikon near Lucerne is being postponed \"following constructive discussions\" and \"in agreement with important tenants,\" according to a Mall of Switzerland communiqu\u00e9. Conversion measures are planned in individual areas of the building in order to \"once again significantly improve\" the attractiveness of the property.<\/p>\n

Mall spokesman Werner Schaeppi told local media that there had been suggestions from tenants and requests for larger rental spaces. Therefore, already existing walls would have to be removed again.<\/p>\n

The new shoppingcneter will include around 150 stores and a world of experiences with a cinema complex, indoor surf wave, fitness, wellness and spa area, event platforms and gastronomy offerings.
