On February 1, Roman B\u00fcrki took over as head of the Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) Real Estate at the Department of Architecture, Wood and Construction at Bern University of Applied Sciences BFH. B\u00fcrki is Head of Real Estate at the pension fund of the technical associations SIA, Swiss Engineering, BSA, FSAI, Suisse.ing. He is also the owner of Advimmo GmbH, a consulting boutique in the field of building and real estate consulting, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Elmobau AG, which specializes in a recyclable timber element house. He is also a member of the advisory board of the Swiss Building Culture Foundation.<\/p>\n

In previous positions, B\u00fcrki headed the client consulting department at Brandenberger+Ruosch AG in Bern and worked as a project manager at Kontur Projektmanagement AG and Itten+Brechb\u00fchl AG. He recently obtained an Executive MBA in General Management from the University of St. Gallen. B\u00fcrki completed the MAS Real Estate with several CAS degrees at the BFH and the Bachelor in Architecture at the ZHAW. He has also been active as a lecturer at BFH.<\/p>\n
