Originally, the decision was to be made in the summer. The postponement is due to <em>NZZ<\/em>because open space planning is to be included earlier and more closely in the project. Meanwhile, the start of construction is still planned for 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The city of Zurich bought the commercial site from UBS in 2013 for CHF 70 million. The plan is to build up to 340 non-profit apartments. The project has not yet been formally put out to tender. Nevertheless, according to <em>NZZ<\/em>-According to the newspaper report, there are already some interested parties for the site.
